There was a mild drama today, as ondo state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, refused to shake hands with his Deputy, Hon. Agboola Ajayi.
The duo, alongside with the candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Eyitayo Jegede, participated in the signing of peace accord, as part of the efforts aimed at ensuring peaceful poll.
It was learnt that the compere who anchored the ceremony had asked the three major contenders to embrace, shake hands, alternatively bump elbows, as a totem of love.
It was further gathered that the Governor exchanged greetings with the PDP's Candidate and only waved at Ajayi.
Things fell apart with the Governor and his Deputy, however Agboola, joined PDP, and later dumped PDP for ZLP, were he is currently the candidate of the party for the gubernatorial election that will be holding in three days time.
