Prince Akpo Abugo the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Okowa of Delta on Social Advocacy have assertted that those who are trying to tarnish the good name of Chief  Dr Edwin Kiagbodo Clark  are mischief workers Who will never succeed in their evil imagination to pull down the credible record the elderstatesmen has built over the years.

Prince Abugo the Senior Governor Aide
Who spoke the Governor's office Annex in Warri Delta State noted that
only last year some misgruntled elements who are paid to malign Chief Dr. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR,CON made unfounded allegations which were published in social media, alleging that the South South leader was given a contract at Nembe with  90 percent of the contract sum paid to him but  he  alledgedly   abandoned the job.

Prince Abugo explained that the people on evil mission against Chief Dr EK Clark without any iota of truth and justification  quoted the name of the company owned by the revered leader  to which the contract was  awarded  as "Genuine Construction & Engineering company LTD."

He punctured the claim thus: "It was this falsehood that One Mazino Obaro Ikime published again two weeks ago which he pulled down after verbal attacks with others joining side with him.

According to the Abugo, though Pa. Clark responded via Vanguard paid advertorial of 6th September 2021 on page 23, the same date Mazino Obaro Ikime pulled down the offensive publication after he might have read Clark's response, the said company alledged to be owned by the elder statesman came out in this paid advertorial of 8th September 2021, page 22, to reinforce Clark's response of 6th September vanguard advertorial page 23, that the elderstatesman has no interest, nothing to do with the company.

Abugo who further described the claim as spurious said :  "lf you read details of both publications and see some goons despite the evil workers claim of  educational background, then one  can imagine what people can  do in name of money,"

The Governor Aide maintained that the mischief makers  were paid to malign Chief Clark because till date despite the facts non have rendered public apology to Pa. Clark through the same page they used in spreading their falsehood, they should be ashamed to be used against a man old enough to be their grandfather.

Speaking further on the messy character of these merchants of falsehood Abugo said :

"Those who assassinate others reputation  falsely don't have a space in the sun but most gruesome are those who malign, insult elders, they need to seek forgiveness and restitution" I hope others learn from this." Abugo concluded.
