It was a day of sorrow today when a boy was crushed to death at Kajola area of Oda road in Akure South local government area of Ondo State when a truck hit a commercial motorcycle, popularly known as Okada Riders.
As reported by SUNSHINETRUTH the truck hit the okada while trying to avoid potholes this morning.
An eyewitness told our reporter that two others who were on the motorcycle sustained varying degrees of injuries in the accident, while the rider was unlucky.
He said the two victims have been rushed to the hospital .
Other road users at the scene blamed the accident on poor condition of the Oda road and urged the state government to mobilise the contractor handling the project back to the site.
