The Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District, Olajide Ipinsagba, has congratulated Hon. Adetunji Adeyemi on his appointment to the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Ipinsagba, in a statement on Wednesday, described Adeyemi as a dedicated progressive and a proud son of Akoko, noting that the appointment reflected the confidence reposed in his leadership capacity.
He said the elevation to what he termed a critical national assignment was a testament to Adeyemi’s consistency in public service and his track record of integrity and excellence.
The lawmaker expressed optimism that Adeyemi’s inclusion on the NEMSA board would strengthen ongoing reforms in the power sector and promote efficiency and accountability within the agency.
According to him, the appointment comes at a crucial period when the country is intensifying efforts to reposition the electricity sector for improved service delivery.
Ipinsagba added that he had no doubt the appointee would justify the trust placed in him and make meaningful contributions to the agency’s operations.
He wished Adeyemi wisdom, courage and success in the discharge of his new responsibilities.
