The African Democratic Congress senatorial candidate for Ondo North, Prince Foluso Mayowa Adefemi, has declared that he would deliver better representation than the incumbent senator if elected in the 2027 general election.
Adefemi expressed confidence in his chances at the polls, saying his ambition was driven by the need to provide effective representation and accelerate development across the senatorial district.
In a statement, the ADC candidate said Ondo North had yet to fully harness its human and natural resources, citing what he described as inadequate attention to infrastructure, economic development and opportunities for residents.
He said the forthcoming election would offer constituents an opportunity to demand a different approach to leadership and elect a representative committed to addressing their needs.
Adefemi maintained that his proposed representation would focus on attracting federal projects, expanding economic opportunities and securing government interventions for communities across the district.
He also pledged to promote transparency and accountability, promising to make the concerns and aspirations of constituents central to his legislative engagements at the National Assembly.
The candidate said he was confident that his agenda would appeal to voters seeking improved representation, insisting that Ondo North deserved leadership that would translate its potential into tangible development.
He urged residents to support the ADC in 2027, expressing optimism that his election would usher in a new phase of development and more responsive representation in the district.
