In the quest to call for justice, Comr. Fasuyi Kolade, An Aspirant, vying for the President of Federation of Ekiti State Student Union as written a petition to call for justice over the just concluded Election of Union.
The Petition was obtained online by our correspondent where he, Comr. Fasuyi is Asking the tribunal to look critically at his petition.
The Petition Reads: "I am petitioning for justice on the FESSU National election conducted on the 8/2/2020 to avoid division in FESSU National at large"
"It was so unfortunate that the election ground turns to a battle field where lots of unseen forces came on board".
"So pathetic that Fessu National has turned into Ekiti State Government sub union where students no longer have their say on the election" .
"Closure for submission of FESSU National nomination form was on the 30th of January, screening was to take place on the 6th of February, presidential debate was to hold on the 7th of February, manifesto and election was to hold on the 8th of February 2020
I *Com. Fasuyi Kolade* obtained my form on the 8th of January 2020, and submitted my form on the 30th of January 2020 at exactly 3pm prompt, which I was able to do the necessary signing of the form by my departmental HOD, Dean of Students' Affairs, Local Government Chairman, and my chapter President before submission"
"Also realised that the second presidential aspirant *Com. Ayobami Afolayan* obtained his form the same day I obtained mine, but was submitted on the 7th of February 2020 after closure for submission"
"The third presidential aspirant in person of *Com. Oluwasuyi Justina* obtained her form after the closure for submission"
"FESSU Exsu chapter members do not recognise *Com. Oluwasuyi Justina* as a member of their chapter come to talk of recognising her at the National Body. She is not a financial member of her chapter come to talk of being a financial member of National Body which is well stated in *Page 24, Article six, section One, No two of FESSU National constitution which says "Any member who shall hold any office shall be a financial member, while non- financial member shall not be allowed to derive any benefit that should normally be enjoyed by financial members of the union including representing the union or her interest in any manner whatsoever"* and yet she was screened in"
"FESSU Exsu chapter wrote a petition letter against the said candidate selected and not elected that FESSU Exsu do not recognise her as a member"
"Com. Oluwasuyi Justina* was the only candidate screened in not minding the closure for submission of the nomination form and also her activeness in the local chapter and at National Body which is well stated in FESSU National Constitution"
"Standing with one voice and considering Ekiti Students, I hereby appeal to every devoted members of this great and noble union in accordance with the welfarism of Ekiti Students at large that any candidate who has no sense of belonging in her local chapter might find it so irritating to have that same sense of belonging at FESSU National, which may deprive every Ekiti Student from being united globally"
"Further More, senators and tribunal committee should also look into her sudden appearance as an aspirant after the closure of the submission of nomination form"
"Manifestos weren't delivered neither do we present to the entire Ekiti Students our presidential debates

I am petitioning for justice on the FESSU National election conducted on the 8/2/2020 to avoid division in FESSU National at large

Closure for submission of FESSU National nomination form was on the 30th of January, screening was to take place on the 6th of February, presidential debate was to hold on the 7th of February, manifesto and election was to hold on the 8th of February 2020
I *Com.
