The accident was said to have occurred 6:30am this morning.
As reported by SUNSHINETRUTH, indicates the vehicle belonging to
an Anglican church, Akoko diocese crushed the two persons.
The vehicle was said to have had a break failure at Oloko axis, Okorun in Ikare-Akoko, the same spot where several people were killed by a truck two weeks ago.
This is coming less than two weeks that similar accident claimed about seven lives in the town and another crash claimed about five lives at Akungba Akoko last week.
