A middle aged man simply identified as Akede, has been swept away by flood in Iwaro Oka, Akoko South West area of Ondo state.
Veracity learnt that family members of the deceased were confused over his sudden disappearance from home.
It was gathered that was the motor cycle of the farmer was seen inside the river very close to a popular filling which gave impetus to further search of the man
Few days ago, the remains of the dead man was recovered in a river very close to St Patrick's college Iwaro oka.
The family of the bereaved were in pensive and sorrowful mood when our correspondent visited the family house.
According to sympathisers, the deceased was an easygoing man untill his death.
Barely a year now, similar flood swept away a final year student of Adekunle Ajasin university, Akungba, whose whereabout was unknown as of today, as the remains was not found.
However, assiduous efforts to speak with the Divisional Police Officer in the milieu was to no avail.
