No fewer than five shops and a residential building have been destroyed by an early morning inferno at Odofin lane along Saint Peters Unity School, Akure, Ondo State capital.
It was learnt that property worth millions of naira were destroyed by the fire.
As at press time, the cause of the Inferno could not be ascertained.
Owners of the shops were said to have being bittered on the sighting the whims of the incident.
However, Some of the victims called on the state government to come to their rescue.
