Physically challenged persons congratulate Akeredolu, seek more empowerment

As various communities  groups are commenting on last saturday governorship election in on do state.Persons living with disabilities in Akoko area of ondo state were not left out to express their expectations for the second term of governor Akeredolu.

 The chairman  association of physically challenged persons in Akoko northwest local government Coronado state Mr sunday  Awe in a chat with  our correspondent  Ibrahim kilani at Arigidi  Akoko described governor  Akeredolu as a friend of disabled who in his first term appointed 35 members for pensionable job in the state service while a member was appointed as a special assistant to the governor.

Awe called on the governor to increase number to be employed while govt must empower members who are artisans to stand on their own.

The chairman urged governor to direct each local government in ondo state to appoint a disabled to their cabinet.According to him president Buhari  and governor Akeredolu had laid very GOOG example for local government to follow.He implored members to learn trades that can make them survive.
