The governor of State of Osun, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, today, had his convoy attacked during the EndSARS protest in Osogbo, the State capital.
It was learnt that the Governor was addressing the protesters when the unknown hoodlums launched the attack on his entourage.
According to a statement by his chief press secretary, Ismail Omipidan, noted that the governor escaped unhurt
Ismail Omipidan, chief press secretary to the Governor in a brief statement stated: “Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola of the State of Osun, today, identified with the EndSARS protesters in Osogbo, the State capital. He was addressing them, responding to their questions in a convivial atmosphere until hoodlums came from nowhere and attacked us. But to God be the glory, Mr. Governor is safe.”
