The renovation and upgrade of Ilutitun Comprehensive Health Centre, Okitipupa LGA began over the weekend, a spokesperson said.
The project facilitated by the Member, Representing Okitipupa/Irele Federal Consistency at the National Assembly, Hon. Gboluga Dele Ikengboju is part of the numerous projects meant to directly impact on the grassroot.
The health centre's capacity will be expanded to take care of more patients in line with global best practices.
Hon. Gboluga has assured that more professionals will be absorbed in the facility so that it could handle more serious health issues, Oyeniyi Iwakun, media aide to the lawmaker said in a statement.
Recall, that few months ago, the distinguished lawmaker made the announcement of the commencement of the project by December, 2020.
