Ondo State Chapter of the Nigerian lnstitute of Public Relations (NIPR) on Wednesday, commiserated with Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and the people of the Sunshine State over the sudden demise of the Chief of Protocol to the Governor, Tosin Ogunbodede, Esq.

Ogunbodede had died few days ago in a ghastly car crash along Ilesa-Akure road.

The Institute, in a terse statement entitled: "NIPR Sympathises with the Ondo State Government on the  Death of CoP", jointly signed by its Chairman, Ishola Lamidi, and Secretary, Sunday Omosule, also expressed deep sympathy with the family of the deceased driver, Leke Ajiboye who died in the same fatal accident.

NIPR described the duo as perfect gentlemen and hardworking officers who added immense value to governance in Ondo State.

The statement partly reads: "Though death is a necessary debt for all to pay, however, for Ogunmodede and Ajiboye to have paid it at an unripe age is indeed a huge blow to us and a complete devastation to their wives, children and the families"

"We pray God to grant their souls peaceful repose, comfort Mr Governor, the two families and associates in these very challenging times"
