Ex Militant Agitator , General Tonye Bobo, the Chairman Presidential Amnesty Programme phase 3 has described the appointment of Hon.Comrade Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha as head of PAP reintegration as a good Omen to the Programme.
General Tonye Bobo the Presidential Amnesty Phase 3 Chair Who spoke to Daily Independent Correspondent via Skype stated that the appointment came timely and responsive because, reintegration is the last Phase of DDR in the Amnesty Programme,adding that the
Phase 3 Amnesty leadership and the good people of the Niger Delta , thanked
the interim administrator Col Milland Dixon Dikio retd for finding him worthy for the top Job.
General Tonye Bobo expressed optimism that he has confidence that Kemepado will deplore his expertise in the discharge of duties assigned to him
under his core mandate.
While Speaking on the spate of increasing agitations and banditry across the nation he said: "" Clearly we are suffering as a nation , there is hunger, lack of jobs and bad leadership are the teething problem responsible for the increasing spate of agitations, my advice to President Muhammadu Buhari is to pay stipends to the large army of unemployed youths to reduce tension in the country before the electoral cycle year of 2023.
According to General Tonye Bobo ,the Presidential Amnesty Phase 3 Chair , stressed that all hands must be on deck to move Nigeria forward to occupy her Pride of Place as the giant of Africa.
He emphaphaszed that Nigeria have all it takes to announce her arrival as a power bloc in the commity of nations.
General Tonye Bobo who called on the Management of PAP to complete all her training Centtres in the Niger Delta region finally appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to confirm the appointment of Col. Milland Dixon Dikio as the substantive Amnesty Administrator to fastrack the development of of the neglected Niger Delta.
