Oyovwi Promises to Improve Academic, Infrastructure of C.O.E Warri

 The new provost of College of Education Warri, Delta State, Dr. Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi has promised to improve on the standard of education and infrastructure of the school 
to enhance learning.

 Dr. Oyovwi gave this promise in a chat with newsmen at the school Edjeba-Warri shortly after the formal handover to him by the outgone provost, Professor Mary Olire Edema.

He further said that he would positively lead the management of the school in its 
determination to provide and continue to upgrade the facilities of the school to create an enabling environment for learning, assuring that the school authority was aware of some of the 
few problems facing the school and he would evolve a programme to systematically address 

 Dr. Oyovwi disclosed that an innovative digital system that will help students have easy access to data to improve their learning in this digital age would be introduced.

 According to him “I want to ensure that we have a campus with a data plan that every student and staff can subscribe to at a very cheap rate. We will make sure everywhere you are in the campus you can access data with a little token. Obviously, this will increase research, because 
you don’t have to go to any cybercaf√© before you do your research with your phone and laptop in your office”.

 He stressed that the method he planned to introduce would improve the educational standard in the college’ he added.
