The House of Representatives on Tuesday declared Akure North/ South Federal Constituency Seat Vacant.
The seat was occupied by Ifedayo Omolafe also known as expensive before his death in August, 2021.
The implication of this is that a bye election will now be held to fill the position in a date to be announced by INEC.
