It was all pomp and pageantry on Monday, as the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba. Jimoh Olanipekun, commissioned a new office owned by an estate company, Leisure Court in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.


The Monarch who was elated by the development, applauded the Chief Responsibility Officer of the company , Segun Abolaji, for opening a branch office in osogbo being the state capital as this will also allow for employment opportunities 

“Segun Abolaji has tried, his choice of Osun State is highly commendable and I pray that God will continue to be with his company. 

In his response, Abolaji extolled the virtues of the First Class Monarch, saying that Oba. Olanipekun has distinguished himself among traditional rulers.


The CRO also sought the cooperation of residents, adding that the Homeland Estate would avail the people of Osun to own homes without stress.

However, he assured the residents of seamless transactions with Leisure Court.

He ended his speech by saying that leisure court has done very well in Abuja and Lagos and needed to come back to his home state to also enjoy the enormous experience in the real estate development in Nigeria.
