The National Association Of Irele Local Government Students, NAILGOS, has made record as the students in the Local Government elected their first female president.
The election which took place at the NAILGOS secretariat started in the early hours of Saturday had voters trooping in their numbers to exercise their franchise.
After hours of voting, the Independent Students Electoral Commission ably chaired by Comr Gbenga Temenu announced the results and declared Comr Loveleen Kehinde ADEYEYE as the first democratically elected president.
Other elected members are Comr Akinbo Ajimiraye Queen V.P 1, Comr Adebayo Funmilayo V.P2, Ilesanmi Iseoluwa Paul Gen.Sec, Tadema Daniel Fin.Sec, Noah Femi P.R.O, and Akinmusayo Catherine Director of social.
In Her "thank You" speech the president elect applauds the diligent ISEC members for conducting a free, fair and credible election.
She as well appreciate all voters and NAILGOSITES in general for believing in the REVITALIZATION AGENDA. Thank You for believing in Us, get ready for all round REVITALIZATION, She concluded.
