Tinubu tasks broadcasters on professionalism

A Multi-Talented media professional, Mr Adedamola Tinubu has advised broadcasters and media outfits to embrace professionalism in every aspect of their delivery.

By doing this, Tinubu said media outfits would enjoy audiences' maximum confidence and commercial patronage.

He gave the admonition while featuring on an international media talk show GLOBAL VOICE by African Portal Radio and Television in South Africa.

According to Mr Tinubu, one sore point despite the many advantages in having more broadcasting outfits remains lack of professionalism among practitioners.

The Ace Broadcaster enjoined Media Owners and their Managers to always insist on professional proficiency and respect for occupational ethics before engaging anyone that want to work as a Broadcaster in the station.

On preservation of indigenous languages, Mr Tinubu called on various stakeholders in Africa, be it parents, teachers and policy makers to be steadfast in promoting their indigenous languages and cultural heritages.

Mr Tinubu who is also a Media Executive encouraged established and upcoming broadcasters to work on themselves and become versatile in all aspects of broadcasting in order to attain professionalism.
