All praises and adoration to Almighty Allah for preserving our lives to witness this year's Eid-il-Adha, which follows an important pillar of Islam.
As we celebrate this year's Eid-il-Adha, I charge us to draw inspiration from Prophet Ibrahim's exemplary faith, obedience, and sacrifice. Even in the face of adversity, he was devoted, kept his trust in his Lord and remained resilient.
Let us honour the spirit of Eid-il-Adha by embracing values of perseverance, forgiveness, reliance on Allah and brotherhood, and by showing compassion to those in need, particularly in our present circumstance.
May our joy be filled with gratitude, kindness, and service to others, and may Allah accept our sacrifices and bless us with peace, harmony and tranquility.
Eid Mubarak to all!
