Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu, a former Head of Service in Ondo State, has died. He passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
Akinkuotu, a respected administrator, was also the founder of Lujama Heritage, a platform through which he promoted cultural preservation and community growth.
In a tribute announcing his death, Secretary to the Chairman, Alhaji Akinkunmi M.A (Ph.D), described him as a devoted public officer whose service to the state would not be forgotten.
“With a heavy heart, we announce the demise of our beloved brother, the brain behind Lujama Heritage, the former Head of Service, in person of Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu, today, 11th September 2025.
“His legacy and contributions to the Ondo State Government and the Ondos will forever be remembered and cherished. May the good Lord grant him eternal rest,” the statement read.
