The Executive Chairman of Ose Local Government, Kolapo Ojo, has declared the council’s full support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa following his victory at the Supreme Court.
Ojo, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ogunniyi Oluwaseun, congratulated the Governor on the verdict which affirmed him as the duly elected Governor of Ondo State.
He described the development as a triumph for democracy and the collective will of the people.
The Ose council boss also commended the judiciary for standing firm on justice and lauded the perseverance of the Governor and his supporters throughout the legal battle.
He urged political stakeholders across the state to put aside partisan differences and work with Governor Aiyedatiwa to move Ondo State forward.
He added that the people of the Ose Local Government remain firm behind the Governor's administration.
