That figure is Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, National Security Adviser (NSA) to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, now widely regarded as the central stabilizing force within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa.

“Even when he’s in Abuja fighting bandits and terrorists, his presence is felt here. One phone call from Mallam Nuhu, and crises dissolve. That’s power. That’s leadership.”
