Ondo North: Senatorial hopeful, Mogaji congratulates new Owo Chief Imam

A senatorial aspirant for Ondo North under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Afolabi Momoh Mogaji, has congratulated Sheikh Yunus Anola on his selection as the new Chief Imam of Owo Kingdom.

Mogaji described Sheikh Anola as an erudite Islamic scholar and academic who has made remarkable contributions to knowledge and faith, both within and beyond Ondo State. He recalled that the cleric had served meritoriously as a lecturer at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, and as Chief Imam of Adabiyyah, Owo.

He said Sheikh Anola’s emergence as Chief Imam was divinely ordained and a blessing to the people of Owo and Ondo State at large, considering his wealth of knowledge, humility, and commitment to service.

Mogaji lauded the new Chief Imam’s dedication to promoting peace, compassion, and understanding among the faithful.

He urged Sheikh Anola to continue drawing on his wealth of experience and sterling qualities to further strengthen the unity and progress of the Muslim community in Owo and across the state.

Mogaji prayed that Almighty Allah grant the new Chief Imam the wisdom and strength to lead the community with justice and divine guidance.
