Akoko women chiefs applaud Ondo North Senator, Ipinsagba over support, community devt

The Association of All Akoko Women Chiefs has commended the Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial DistrictSenator Olajide Ipinsagba, for his support and goodwill towards the association, describing the gesture as a boost to unity and community development across Akoko land.

In a statement issued on December 21, 2025, and signed by the President of the association, Chief Mrs. M. E. Oludunni, the women chiefs said the senator’s intervention reflected his commitment to the progress and welfare of the people he represents.

The association noted that the support would strengthen its activities, enhance cohesion among members and improve its capacity to contribute meaningfully to grassroots development in communities within Akoko.

It praised the senator’s leadership style, compassion and dedication to public service, stressing that his continued encouragement had inspired the association to deepen its positive impact in the area.

The women chiefs also offered prayers and goodwill to the lawmaker, urging him to sustain what they described as a record of service marked by integrity and excellence.

The letter of appreciation was jointly endorsed by the association’s leadership, including the General Secretary, Chief Mrs. G. A. Animola; Coordinator, Chief Mrs. A. A. Dada; Treasurer, Chief Mrs. A. O. Elegbede; and Assistant Secretary, Chief Mrs. R. O. Asayi.
