Christmas: Reps aspirant, Victor Amoko greets Christians in Akoko South West/East

A House of Representatives aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress for Akoko South West and Akoko South East Federal Constituency, Comrade Victor Amoko, has sent Christmas greetings to Christians across the constituency, urging them to draw strength from the message of hope and renewal that defines the season.

Amoko made this known in a statement issued to newsmen, describing Christmas as a period for reflection, gratitude, and strengthened community bonds.

He noted that the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ serves as a reminder of humility, compassion, and selflessness, virtues that foster stronger and more caring communities.

“Christmas is a time to reflect on our shared values and to show love and kindness to one another. I felicitate with our Christian brothers and sisters in Akoko South West and South East as we celebrate this joyful season,” Amoko said.

He encouraged residents to support one another, especially the less privileged, and to use the festive period as an opportunity to extend a helping hand to those in need.

Amoko also prayed for peace, harmony, and prosperity in the constituency, urging residents to remain hopeful and united as they prepare to welcome the new year.
