As reported by The Hope, Raphael, whose address was not disclosed, was brought before Magistrate Damilola Sekoni on a three-count charge preferred against him by the Ondo State Police Command.

Police prosecutor, Adebayo Sulaiman, told the court that the defendant and others still at large committed the offences in October 2025 at Atabioloko Street, behind Federal Girls College, Akure.

His lawyer, A. B. Ogboye, urged the court to grant bail, assuring that credible sureties would be provided.

Magistrate Sekoni granted bail in the sum of ₦200,000 with two sureties in like sum, and directed that they must present affidavits of means, two passport photographs each, and proof of gainful employment.

He also ordered the registrar to verify their addresses before adjourning the case to January 16, 2026, for hearing.
