Ayede Ogbese Regent lauds Aiyedatiwa at 61, offers prayers

The Regent of Ayede Ogbese in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, HRH Princess Dr Olufunto Oluyede-Campbell, has congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his 61st birthday, describing him as a steady leader whose style of governance has continued to inspire confidence across the state.

The monarch, who spoke on behalf of the Ajibola-Oluyede Royal Family and the people of Ayede Ogbese, made this known in a statement issued on Monday.

She commended the governor’s calm disposition and inclusive approach to leadership, noting that his administration has prioritised peace, stability and development at a critical time in the state’s history.

“At 61, we celebrate His Excellency not just for attaining a new age, but for his calm resolve, consistency and genuine commitment to the welfare of the people of Ondo State,” the regent said.

According to her, Aiyedatiwa’s engagement with communities and stakeholders has helped to foster unity and a sense of belonging among residents of the state.

She added, “We pray that God grants Your Excellency renewed strength, sound health and greater wisdom to continue steering the affairs of Ondo State with vision, compassion and fairness.”

The regent stated that the people of Ayede Ogbese joined others across the state to honour the governor’s dedication to service and his efforts at sustaining peace and progress.

“Ayede Ogbese stands with Your Excellency on this special occasion. May your 61st year usher in greater accomplishments and lasting prosperity for Ondo State,” she added.

She also paid tribute to the late Alayede of Ayede Ogbese, HRM Oba Ajibola Oluyede, Ise Oluwa II, noting that his enduring values of peace, service and leadership continue to guide the community.
