A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and frontline aspirant for the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, popularly known as OGO, has lauded the Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, over what he described as the smooth and successful conduct of the party’s recent state congress.
Ogundare, in a statement made available to journalists, said the hitch-free exercise underscored purposeful leadership, adherence to internal democratic principles, and the growing cohesion within the party across the state.
He also congratulated the newly elected State Chairman, Hon. Kolawole Gabriel Babatunde, whose emergence, he noted, has inspired confidence among party faithful. According to him, the outcome of the congress reflects the collective will of members and signals a fresh commitment to unity, discipline and progressive ideals.
The aspirant further extended his felicitations to other members of the state executive committee elected at the congress, expressing optimism that their tenure would usher in greater accomplishments for the party.
Ogundare said he was confident that under the new leadership, the APC in Ondo State would consolidate on its gains, strengthen its dominance and translate its political success into tangible development for the people.
