The Bunmi Tunji-Ojo Movement has reaffirmed its support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, pledging to deepen grassroots mobilisation across the country ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The group made this known after a strategic meeting with its convener, Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, where key stakeholders and coordinators reviewed its expansion plans and operational strategy.
Speaking during the engagement, Tunji-Ojo commended the steady growth of the movement, urging members to remain committed to national development and constructive civic participation.
He emphasised the need for sustained efforts at the grassroots level to strengthen democratic values and promote inclusive governance.
In his remarks, the Director-General of the group, Agbi Stephen Omobamidele, said the movement had witnessed significant expansion across states and local communities, evolving into a formidable grassroots platform with increasing national relevance.
He noted that the group was strategically positioning itself to galvanise support in alignment with the President’s Renewed Hope agenda, aimed at fostering stability and impactful leadership.
Omobamidele further called on members nationwide to intensify mobilisation and deepen engagement within their respective communities.
The meeting ended with a resolution to strengthen the movement’s structures and scale up activities as part of preparations for the 2027 polls.
