An aspirant for the Akoko North West Constituency 1 seat in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Odudu Ayodele Samuel, popularly known as Manifold, has unveiled plans to prioritise skill development and sustainable empowerment if elected.
Samuel said his agenda would focus on equipping residents with practical skills and knowledge capable of driving long-term economic growth, stressing that development must go beyond distribution of short-term incentives.
Speaking in a statement issued by his media team, the aspirant noted that his vision was anchored on building local capacity through training, mentorship and community-based initiatives designed to tackle poverty and unemployment.
“Our people need opportunities that will last. Skills acquisition and knowledge development remain the most reliable pathways to economic independence,” he said.
He explained that his proposed programmes would centre on empowering youths and women with relevant competencies to thrive within and beyond the constituency.
Samuel also commended Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for what he described as purposeful leadership and commitment to the development of the state.
He expressed confidence that aligning constituency-level initiatives with the state government’s development drive would further accelerate growth across Akoko North West.
The aspirant added that his ambition was to build a constituency driven by competence, innovation and community participation, urging residents to support his bid in order to achieve lasting and inclusive development.
