Reps aspirant, Amoko, applauds emergence of new Ondo APC Chairman, Kolawole Babatunde

An aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress for the Akoko South West/Akoko South East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Comrade Victor Amoko, has commended the emergence of Comrade Kolawole Babatunde as the new Chairman of the party in Ondo State.

Amoko described Babatunde’s emergence as a welcome development that would further strengthen unity and stability within the party across the state.

In a statement made available to journalists on Thursday, the aspirant said the new chairman possesses the leadership capacity and political experience required to move the party forward and consolidate on its achievements.

He expressed confidence that Babatunde would provide the needed direction to reposition the party for greater success, particularly as preparations gradually begin for future political contests in the state.

Amoko also urged members of the party across the 18 local government areas of the state to rally behind the new leadership in order to sustain the progress recorded by the party.

According to him, unity and cooperation among party faithful remain critical to maintaining the party’s dominance in the state and delivering good governance to the people.

The aspirant further pledged his support for the new state executive, noting that collective commitment from stakeholders would help the party achieve its broader political goals in Ondo State.

He congratulated Babatunde on his emergence and wished him a successful tenure as chairman of the All Progressives Congress in the state.
