'People thought my husband was impotent' - Iyabo Ojo's daughter, Priscilla

Nigerian influencer, Priscilla Ojo, has revealed that many people in Tanzania once believed her husband, Juma Jux, was impotent because he had no child despite his fame, wealth and past relationships.

Priscilla made the disclosure during an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, while speaking about the challenges she and her husband faced before welcoming their first child in August 2025.

According to her, the singer faced persistent questions in his home country because many of his friends and colleagues already had children, while he remained childless at the age of 35.

“In his country, Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or babymama like many of his friends and colleagues,” she said.

“They kept asking why he wasn’t having kids like others, especially since he had been in previous relationships.”

Priscilla, however, described her husband as disciplined and intentional, saying he chose to wait until he was ready to become a father.

“He knew when it was time. He is very disciplined and knew exactly what he wanted. You can roll with certain people and still choose a different path,” she added.

The influencer further disclosed that even after the birth of their child, speculation continued, with some people alleging that the baby was born through surrogacy or implantation.

Priscilla and Juma Jux held their civil wedding in Tanzania in February 2025 before staging their traditional and white weddings in Lagos in April the same year.

The couple welcomed their first child, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in Canada in August 2025.
