United Kingdom-based real estate investor and Chairman of BAMI Driving School, Mr. Ayodele Joseph Ibidun, popularly known as Oyeke, has congratulated the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, CFR, on the occasion of his 11th coronation anniversary.
In a congratulatory message on Tuesday, Ibidun described the monarch's reign as one marked by peace, visionary leadership and a sustained commitment to preserving the cultural heritage of Akure Kingdom.
He said the Deji had provided purposeful leadership that had strengthened unity among the people while promoting socio-economic development within the kingdom.
According to him, the monarch's reign has continued to inspire confidence among Akure indigenes both at home and in the diaspora, adding that the traditional ruler has upheld the dignity of the throne with courage and fatherly care.
Ibidun commended the monarch for fostering harmony, inclusiveness and stability, noting that his leadership had brought renewed pride and honour to the ancient kingdom.
"As Kabiyesi celebrates 11 years on the throne of his forebears, I join other sons and daughters of Akure across the world in celebrating a monarch whose reign has continued to strengthen our heritage and advance the progress of the kingdom," he said.
He prayed for continued good health, wisdom and a long reign for the monarch, expressing hope that Akure Kingdom would record greater peace, prosperity and development in the years ahead.
The businessman also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at promoting the growth, unity and cultural legacy of Akure Kingdom as a proud indigene living in the diaspora.
