The All Progressives Congress candidate for Akoko South West Constituency II in the Ondo State House of Assembly election, Hon. Niran Olanusi, has urged his supporters and party faithful to remain resolute as his campaign gathers momentum ahead of the poll.
Olanusi, in a new month message issued by his Media and Publicity Team on Friday, described August as a season of renewed hope and fresh opportunities, expressing optimism about the future of the constituency.
The APC standard-bearer said his aspiration was driven by a desire to provide purposeful, people-centred representation that would address the needs of every community in the constituency.
According to him, the movement he leads is beyond politics, but a commitment to building a constituency where leadership is anchored on service, accountability and the welfare of the people.
"Our movement is more than a political campaign; it is a commitment to rewriting the story of Akoko South West Constituency II. Together, we are building a future where leadership is defined by service, accountability and genuine concern for our people," he said.
Olanusi called on party members, volunteers and residents who share his vision to remain united and committed, noting that meaningful transformation could only be achieved through collective effort and perseverance.
He said the growing support for his candidacy reflected the people's desire for responsive representation and sustainable development across the constituency.
The APC candidate pledged to prioritise quality legislation, youth and women empowerment, improved education, better healthcare, support for farmers and artisans, infrastructure development and inclusive governance if elected.
He also appreciated party leaders, traditional rulers, religious organisations, women groups, youths and other supporters for their continued backing of his aspiration.
Olanusi prayed for peace, good health, prosperity and divine protection for residents as they begin the new month, urging them to continue promoting the ideals of hope, unity and progress across the constituency.
