Good character is a bedrock to a livable society. Undoubtedly, umpteenth of people have added irremediable blemish to their distinguished apparels such that the society treats them with disdain.
However, securing a peaceful living demands showing good but unfeigned disposition to others most especially the downtrodden trying to eke out a living with their humongous frailties.
Intrinsically, Man is created not to only extend hands of magnanimity to the destitutes, but to be helping hands to others, this is even as sociologists have asserted that man is always interested with his immediate milieu. However, without a shadow of doubt, many had veered from the aforestated incontrovertible fact; forgetting that the rewards of benevolence doesn't come through deus ex machina, but through the rare principle of quid pro quo.
Albeit, those who veered from the impeccable stance are under stroke of luck, not by the dint of hardwork aimed at elevating the proletariats.
In the light of the foregoing, i want to unequivocally state that good people that brightens the path of others still exist. One of them is Mrs. Adedowole Iyadunni Florence, the head, Department of Mass communication, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo.
The fairy godmother, who had built amorphous persons, takes pleasure in fighting injustice. The true fighter whose common aphorism is "One with God is with majority", won several battles for the less privileged. This inherent but humanly trait won her the best lecturer, writer, which may be her magnus Opus.
Undoubtedly, she produced many journalists making the waves in the field.
Barring all these, she has been a God-sent to students who are not from a well-to-do home. The benign Mrs. Adedowole has assisted astronomical number needy.
Surprisingly, her sincere love for widows, orphans is unconditionally unfettered.
To be honestly honest, without being sarcastic, with no intention to privaricate, Mrs. Adedowole, fondly called by many as 'Mama' has a caring heart which is second to none.
On this note, i felicitate with Mama on the occasion of her birthday.
