2Baba, new wife Natasha clash during Daddy Freeze’s live show

A dramatic scene played out on Monday night after Afrobeats icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, and his wife, lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, engaged in a heated exchange during a live Facebook broadcast hosted by media personality Daddy Freeze.

The altercation erupted shortly after the musician joined the session, catching thousands of viewers off guard.

The singer appeared to be arguing with Natasha off-camera, and his raised voice was heard saying, “Shut the f** up, you need to shut the f*** up.”

Natasha, who represents Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, responded almost immediately, saying: “Is that Daddy Freeze’s? Innocent, bring that phone — let him see us together.”

The situation quickly escalated as rustling sounds suggested a struggle over the phone before 2Baba added, “See what you are doing,” and the audio suddenly went off.

Visibly unsettled by the interruption, Daddy Freeze addressed viewers, saying, “Guys, calm down. Let’s hope there will be stability so that we will know what is going on,” before ending the live session.

The online outburst came on the heels of earlier viral clips showing 2Baba being restrained by police officers after an altercation with Natasha at a shopping mall in the United Kingdom.

Daddy Freeze had started the live stream to shed light on the mall incident, but the conversation instead descended into another public confrontation.

As of the time of filing this report, both 2Baba and Natasha have remained silent on the incidents.
