The group made the declaration during a mega rally held at the Ikare-Akoko Cenotaph in Akoko North-East Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The group said the rally was part of its efforts to strengthen grassroots support for Tinubu while educating eligible voters on the electoral process.
The event attracted youths, artisans, market women, professionals and other residents from across the state, with participants expressing their readiness to join the coalition’s mobilisation and sensitisation activities ahead of the 2027 poll.
Addressing the gathering, the National President of the group, Otunba Adesina Abubakar, said the administration of Tinubu had recorded achievements in areas including education, healthcare, housing, urban development and road infrastructure.
Adesina explained that the group's voter education campaign was also informed by the low turnout recorded during the previous election, stressing the need for greater participation in 2027.
He said, “From what we observed in the last election, voter turnout in Ondo State was not encouraging. We had about 1.9 million registered voters, but only about 300,000 people voted.
“This time, we want to educate and enlighten the people about the forthcoming elections and encourage them to support PBAT 2027. Our task is to inform the people about their voting rights, encourage participation and ensure they support Tinubu in 2027.”
Also speaking, the United Kingdom Coordinator of the group, Sam Adedayo Adegbite, said the rally was aimed at consolidating the group’s grassroots network and providing political education to voters.
Adegbite said the coalition was also showcasing the achievements of Tinubu and the contributions of Tunji-Ojo to development in Ondo State.
He added that the coalition had established structures across Ondo State and other parts of the country, insisting that its mobilisation drive was not a one-off campaign.
“The BTO group Platform for PBAT 2027 is not just a one-time event. We have structures across the entire Ondo State and beyond. I came from the UK because of this mobilisation,” Adegbite said.
The National Organising Secretary of the coalition, Engineer Beremoye Samuel, said the group was inspired by the performance of Tunji-Ojo and was determined to mobilise support for Tinubu across the state.
Samuel said representatives from all 18 local government areas of Ondo State attended the rally, adding that the coalition would intensify its grassroots campaign before the 2027 election.
“Our goal is to sensitise the people about the forthcoming election and mobilise them to deliver Ondo State to Mr President. We have representatives from all 18 local governments here.
“We will go into the communities to tell the people about the programmes of the President and mobilise them to come out en masse to vote for him in 2027,” he said.
